Dominique Ward is Head of Design Ops at Atlassian where she leads their design operations team, Design Hub. Design Hub is a multi-disciplinary design ops team of operators, strategists, and designers, that designs programs, practices, and systems that drive design operational excellence, enable design craft excellence, and improve experience quality.
Dominique has spent nearly 15 years in operations and strategy across design, advertising, and tech industries, utilizing systems thinking, service design, and business strategy to develop solutions for how global design organizations work and scale. In addition to being a systems nerd, Dominique is a Zen practitioner, a performing arts enthusiast, and, most importantly, a Barbra Streisand devotee.
