Milan Guenther
Enterprise Designer, Intersection Group
Milan Guenther is president of Intersection Group, a not for profit association dedicated to creating better enterprises, developing a model, a toolkit, a global community and learning offerings around Enterprise Design. He co-facilitates the yearly Intersection Conference since 2014, and is a co-author of the group’s first joint book on Enterprise Design Patterns.
He co-founded the European consultancy network Enterprise Design Associates in 2009, and is the author of Intersection: How Enterprise Design Bridges the Gap Between Business, Technology and People, the first book on Enterprise Design published in 2012. He applied and developed this Enterprise Design approach with organisations such as SAP, Toyota, Boeing, ThoughtWorks, onepoint, and the United Nations, as well as startups such as BackMarket and Raisin in collaboration with Google for Entrepreneurs. Milan teaches Enterprise Design in master and executive programs around Europe.
